Step 1: Get in Contact
Once you have spoken to us we will log your specific business requirements and scenarios. After evaluating your use case we will suggest as to what we think will work.
Step 2: Schedule a Demo
This is not a mandatory step but typically the best way to get a real feel for what we can offer is to schedule a demo with us. We will agree on a time and a place and take it from there.
Step 3: Set up and trial period
If the demo is not enough to convince you - we advise on setting up a 7 day evaluation period. There is a small fee associated with this to cover our costs. If you end up becoming a client we will subtract this fee.
Step 4: Sign-up as a customer
Once you are satisfied with our technology and tested it for yourself. You can opt to convert your trial period into a monthly subscription. Volume and time-based discounts will be applied to sign-up.
Step 5: Setup and configuration
For our system to work - it needs to be configured to your environment. During this phase, we will help you set up all your tasks, routes, schedules and onboard your employees.
Step ∞: Continued development and user feedback
The more feedback you provide us with, concerning your pain points, either with our system or your business problems, the more we can factor that input into future iterations of our product.
